Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full set of accounts for Group Companies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain detailed and current records in the accounting system.
• Monitor and project both long-term and short-term cash flow.
• Prepare and manage invoicing, debit and credit notes, payments, issuance of cheques/TT, e-filing duties, bank reconciliations, and cash flow statements.
• Act as the liaison with external auditors for statutory audits and with tax agents for company taxation matters.
• Coordinate with company secretaries, bankers, local authorities, and other relevant parties on finance and accounting issues.
• Generate monthly investment reports and handle claims reimbursement processes.
• Organize and manage office files, documents, and supplies to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Provide general office support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
• Assist with preparing documents, reports, and correspondence as needed.
• Support various departments and perform ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting and administration.
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
