• Reconciliation of accounts & bank statement
• Inter-company reconciliation
• Prepare monthly GST reporting
• Knowledge of L/C, TR application
• Liaise with external auditors & submit required documents for audit check
• Assist in ensuring that all transactions are executed in adherence to prevailing guidelines
• Responsible for timely closure of monthly accounts for purpose of management and financial reporting
• Budget preparation & monitoring
• Assist Finance Manager in improving financial and operational processes

Admin

• Assist in booking of flight & hotel
• Maintenance & replenishment of office supplies
• Liaise with IT vendor on IT related matters
• Assist in HR matters
