• Preparing quarterly bad debts provision and bad debts written off.
• Preparing monthly accrual journals.
• Preparing daily revenue reconciliation.

Accounts Payable:

• Processing of vendors' invoices for payment.
• Updating vendors' invoices and miscellaneous payments into the system
• Performing Vendor's reconciliation.
• Preparing monthly accruals journals.

What it Takes:

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in Finance/Accounting with at least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Require skill(s): Proficient in MS Excel & Words
• Bilingual in English and mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients who can only speak mandarin
