Position: Admin Executive
Location: Paya Lebar
Salary: Up to $2610

Job Scope:

• Provide administrative support to the Leasing Department.
  Take videos at various sites to update the central system.
• Prepare memos and related documents for approval.
• Communicate with tenants about lease-related matters as needed.
• Maintain positive relationships with tenants through regular communication and quick responses to their needs.
• Submit accurate reports on time.
• Update and maintain the database, floor plans, and tenant contact list.
  

Additional Ad-Hoc Responsibilities:

• Support and implement strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy for event spaces, pushcarts, and short-term shop spaces.
• Assist in event planning and execution, including brainstorming, budgeting, scheduling, marketing, registration, and operations for in-person, virtual, or hybrid events.
• Work closely with event organizers and venue partners to coordinate event logistics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  

Job Requirements:

• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently.
