• Maintain efficient operations of the Accounts Payable function, ensuring timely and accurate recording of liabilities.
• Ensure GST returns are submitted promptly and in adherence to GST rules and regulations.
• Review and process debit note requests.
• Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of issues and completion of audit requirements.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ERP system upgrades.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process enhancements.
• Undertake additional duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
• Min 6 years of relevant working experience in AP for high volume of transactions.
• Experience in managing a team.
• ERP systems, such as SAP or Microsoft Dynamics experience would be advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of GST.

• Conduct and oversee quality checks of documentation following the company’s document control procedures in an ISO-certified environment, identifying and reporting any compliance issues.
• Engage in incident investigations, ensuring that reports include root cause analysis and lessons learned are documented in the company’s database.
• Oversee all HSEQ programs, generate status reports, and assist in the preparation of tender documents.
• Support the ongoing enhancement of a positive safety culture.

Requirements:

• Internal auditor for ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 certified
• Diploma in HSE/Marine Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of HSE experience in Marine/Shipping/Ship repair industry.
• Knowledge of ISM and ISPS codes, incident investigation techniques and risk management.
