Contract Period: ASAP to 31 March 2025 (Maternity Cover)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Salary: $2,800 - $3,800 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and payments accurately and promptly.
• Perform vendor reconciliations and follow up on outstanding transactions.
• Maintain daily cash book, optimizing payment processes to support working capital.
• Organize AP/GL records in softcopy format and manage the AP common email.
• Assist the AP Accountant with process improvement initiatives.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
• Support AP Accountant with month-end closing tasks.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist in GST submission.
• Help prepare financial statements and XBRL submissions.
• Liaise with auditors on accounting matters.
• Support financial assessments for tenders or as required by internal departments.
• Handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Accountancy with 3-5 years of relevant full sets experiences
• Team player
• Meticulous and detailed
