As an Account Executive (AE) on our Commercial Sales team, you will assist in Datadog’s overall business growth by strategically engaging and closing net-new customers across our small to midsize Thai markets. What You’ll Do:

• Focus on net-new logo acquisition via outbound activity targeting the Thai / Indonesia market
• Become a Datadog expert through continued product and sales trainings
• Manage the full sales cycle, including technical demonstrations and negotiation
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to drive top of funnel activity
• Strategically prospect into Chief Technology Officers, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end-users

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced staff to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for account receivables, credit controller, cash flow forecast and other accounting roles.

Responsibilities and duties:

• Initiate outbound calls and send emails to account holders to remind them of outstanding payments and secure payment commitment dates.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by addressing billing-related queries and issues.
• Monitor payment dates and follow up with account holders to ensure timely payments.
• Send statements of account, reminder letters, and tax invoices to account holders.
• Monitor customer accounts and take credit & collection responsibilities.
• Prepare and post sales invoices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and track all sales accruals cases.
• Manage and reconcile all AR subledger accounts.
• Prepare a weekly cash flow forecast and analyse the variance.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
• Assist in preparing reports and loading accounts.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year-end close process.
• Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills.
• Awareness of business trends.
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Good understanding of data privacy standards.

Successful candidate will be based in office located at 10 Science Park Road but will be required to be at main office (15 Tuas View Circuit) once a month. Company transport is provided for Tuas office.
