Key Responsibilities:

• Manage office administration and ensure a well-maintained workspace and equipment.
• Oversee client transactions, invoices, and related financial tasks.
• Coordinate with travel suppliers and liaise with local authorities as required.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties to support the team and business operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Open to Singapore Citizens and PRs only.
• Proactive, organized, and able to multitask effectively while working independently.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (to communicate with Chinese-speaking clients and stakeholders).

What We Offer:

• Work Location: Paya Lebar Square Office Building.
• Competitive salary range: $2,900 - $3,100.
