Key Responsibilities

• Maintain production records, including material stock records.
• Coordinate and confirm goods receiving and outgoing documents with the warehouse and QC departments.
• Assist QC by printing and filing Certificates of Analysis (COA) and Globally Harmonized System (GHS) Safety Data Sheets (SDS).
• Coordinate delivery orders from customer service officers, collect delivery orders from drivers, and organize them.
• Collect delivery tickets from drivers and file them accordingly.
• Prepare regular inventory lists of goods using the SAP system.
• Oversee goods receiving and update records in the SAP system.
• Create manufacturing orders and batch reports for specific customers.
• Print product labels and manage all product label templates.

Job Overview: We are seeking a meticulous and organized Traffic Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of administrative tasks within the air freight transportation department. This role involves maintaining accurate records of collections and deliveries, coordinating transportation details with agents, and providing clerical support to the operations team to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

- Ensure timely checking of deliveries and collection statuses.

- Liaise with drivers and agents on transportation instructions.

- Monitor shipment statuses and ensure all necessary paperwork is submitted on time.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to track shipments and resolve issues that may arise during transit.

- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining updated records of daily collections and deliveries.

- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of N'Level or equivalent

• Prior experience in air freight or logistics operations is an advantage.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners via phone calls and WhatsApp messaging

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

• Knowledge of freight documentation and customs procedures is an advantage.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
