• Assist in the development and operation of leasing related IT systems such as Lease Management System
• Conduct viewings with prospective tenants
• Handle all leasing enquiries from external agents, direct call-ins and walk-ins
• Provide administrative support to the retail leasing team
• Prepare weekly / monthly reports of leasing activities, tenants sales reports, monthly management reports, arrears management
• Prepare property tax schedule and property tax submission
• Prepare and follow up on lease documents to ensure its completion, update leasing reports and schedules
• Establish and maintain good landlord and tenant relationship
• Perform duty manager role during weekends, and Public holidays on rotation basis

Requirements

• Candidate with 1-2 years relevant experience in shopping mall environment would have an advantage
