RESPONSIBILITIES

Position Overview:

The Business Development and Relationship Executive will be responsible for identifying and establishing new donation booths and donation points in collaboration with corporate partners, shopping centers, Reits, Management Agencies and other relevant bodies and locations. This role involves nurturing and maintaining positive relationships with senior level executives to ensure ongoing support and success in our donation initiatives. The position also includes a donation collection target.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and Secure Donation Sites:

• Research and identify potential locations for new donation booths and points.
• Create proposals and present the advantages of hosting donation sites to corporate partners, shopping centers, and other potential venues.

Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners, shopping centers, and other stakeholders.
• Regularly communicate with partners to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or needs.

Partnership Development:

• Negotiate and formalize agreements with new donation site partners.
• Collaborate with corporate partners to plan and execute donation drives and events.

Site Management:

• Coordinate the setup, maintenance, and regular monitoring of donation booths and points.
• Work closely with the logistics team to ensure ongoing support and management of the site.
• Ensure donation sites are well-maintained and meet organizational standards.

Marketing and Promotion:

• Work with the marketing department to promote new and existing donation sites.
• Develop and distribute promotional materials to increase awareness and engagement.
• All donation locations are to be maintained to a high level of marketing and promotion materials.

Reporting and Analysis:

• Track and report on the performance of donation sites.
• Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare a business plan for reaching out to new donation sites in all areas of Singapore.
• Prepare monthly sales report (collections).

Compliance and Standards:

• Ensure all donation sites comply with organizational policies and local regulations.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety at all donation points.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to negotiate and influence decision-makers.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
