Duties:

Key Responsibilities

Account Opening Excellence:

• Guide customers seamlessly through the opening process, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Verify AML/KYC information efficiently, adhering to all regulatory requirements.
• Tailor account recommendations to specific needs, delivering personalized solutions.
• Proactively identify and escalate complex/high-risk applications for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline opening processes and address any hurdles.
• Develop and maintain clear, user-friendly account opening guides for a delightful experience.

Championing Customer Success:

• Become the trusted advisor, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries across channels.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently, exceeding expectations and building lasting relationships.
• Offer clear, concise information on products and services, empowering informed decisions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records for optimal service delivery.
• Escalate complex issues or complaints effectively, ensuring timely resolution.

Continuous Improvement Champion:

• Gather and analyze customer feedback, identifying areas for user experience enhancements.

• Regularly update user guides to reflect platform/procedure changes, ensuring accuracy.

• Complete daily operational tasks associated with account opening and customer service efficiently and accurately.

Key Requirements

• Minimum of 1 years' experience in account opening & customer service, ideally in a Singapore financial institution.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
• Demonstrated sense of ownership, taking initiative to resolve issues independently.
• Fluency in written & verbal English and Chinese, essential for effective communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a passion for learning new technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Assist to assess market opportunities and conduct research to understand customer needs
• Establish collaboration opportunities with hotels, attractions and companies
• Enhance customers experience through mall-wide promotions and events to drive patrons traffic and increase tenant sales
• Maximise the mall’s casual leasing revenue through the leasing of atrium spaces, road show spaces, media spaces and push-carts.
• Assist to develop and execute the annual marketing calendar effectively on a timely manner.
• Plan, execute and manage advertising, promotion and digital marketing strategies
• Coordinate and implement marketing and online activities in line with business objectives and visions
• Build and maintain good relationship with tenants and garner their participation in the mall’s marcom activities
• Analyse and evaluate effectiveness of marcom activities and make recommendations to adjust marketing strategies

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or Mass Communications or relevant discipline
• 3 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Configure and manage infrastructure systems, applications, and network equipment (e.g., Active Directory, data centers, firewalls, VPN, video conferencing).
• Oversee desktops, mobile, and remote devices.
• Ensure automated backups, disaster recovery processes, and system patches, with close monitoring of resource usage.
• Work with external vendors to uphold SLAs.
• Develop and update technical documentation (admin and user guides).
• Support local and international users over LAN/WAN securely.
• Identify suitable products, solutions, and suppliers for project needs.
• Provide L1/L2 support and participate in projects as a lead or team member.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or CCNA Certification.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Proficient in enterprise networking (WAN, LAN, VPN optimization).
• Skilled in Microsoft Server (2012+), Microsoft 365, Google Suite.
• Knowledgeable in internet architecture (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Proxy, Firewall).
• Familiar with Alcatel PABX, FortiGate, Cisco, and Unifi Wireless AP Controller.
• Strong understanding of CyberRisk and CyberSecurity; PDPA familiarity preferred.
• Experience with Veeam, VMware, and UNIX/Linux is beneficial.
• Background in API/Web Programming and Database Administration is a plus.
