Responsibilities

· Handle Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable

· Assist the accounts team in month-end closing and reporting.

· Preparation of reports

· Assist in daily finance operation

· Filing of accounts related documents

· Any other ad-hoc matters

Requirements:

· Studying in the field of Accountancy and Finance or equivalent

· Proficient in MS Word and Excel

· Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to work independently.

· Must possess an acute understanding/sensitivity toward confidential matters.

Job Description

• Assist in preparing full sets of accounts, schedules and full spectrum of accounting duties
• Liaise with operation staff on daily accounting and administrative issues
• Follow up on AR collections
• Handle bank reconciliations
• Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requisites

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professionalism, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Meticulous and detailed with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Take initiative and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good command in both English and Chinese in order to liase with Chinese speaking associates
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Able to start immediately
