Job Description/Responsibilities:

· Assists with processing invoices and verification of payments

· Maintaining accurate financial records

· Supports group accountant with monthly reconciliation, reports and GST submissions

· Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding accounts inquiries

· Perform bookkeeping/data entry to accounting software

Job Requirements:

· Must be experienced with Quickbooks

· Working hours: Weekdays 9-6pm

· At least 2 years of accounting background experience

· Diploma or certification on Accounting or Finance

· Meticulous and attention to details, able to work independently

· Must be comfortable with fast-paced environment

· Able to work under tight deadlines
