Accounts Executive, Payroll

Reporting to the Accountant, we are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Accounts Executive, Payroll to manage the hotel’s payroll system, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of wages in compliance with applicable tax laws and Four Seasons Hotel Singapore policies. You will be integral in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the hotel’s financial performance. Key Responsibilities

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Processing of Daily Orders

* liaise with QA Dept. on Customer’s specifications

2. Preparation of Delivery/Shipment Documentations

3. Follow-up on Customer’s Complaints

* co-ordinate with customer on rejected goods issue

* preparation of Customer’s Complaint Form, replacement/refund arrangements

6. Monitor & Control of SMI Stock Retention Period and Month/End Stock

Reconciliation
