Job Responsibilities:

· Handle full set of accounts with our external book keeper

· Generate management reports and bank reconciliations

· Handle all bookkeeping for the Company and entities relating to the Company

· Responsible for all transactional accounting activities: AP, AR, GL, Inventory, etc.

· Handle GST, Payroll, tax matters, Govt grants etc

· Ensuring on time delivery of all monthly, quarterly and annual reports according to management’s schedule

Skills And Experience Required

You have a strong foundation in principles of accounting and book keeping. This position is ideal to candidates with experience in a start-up experience.

Job Descriptions

• Handle all aspects of clients’ company secretarial matters.
• Manage a portfolio of companies. Provide Corporate Secretarial advice to clients.
• Assist with company incorporation/ striking off
• Attend to routine corporate secretarial matters such as Annual General Meeting, filing of annual return, change of officers, share transfer and allotment, updating registers and minute book etc.
• Customer due diligence (onboarding and ongoing monitoring)
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Perform any other secretarial duties and support as and when assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in relevant field, Business Administration, Business Management or others
• Preferably with at least 2 years of corporate secretarial experience in established corporate secretarial firms
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Detailed oriented and able to work well under pressure
• Self-motivated, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in Mandarin would be an advantage as dealing with Chinese clients is required.
• Positive working attitude with strong initiative and a team player

Responsibilities

• Establishing and developing new accounts/ businesses.

Stock Management

• Properly receive, display, and store merchandise according to company guidelines

• Understand the stock level of different categories and promote accordingly

Store Maintenance

• Maintain a safe and clean store environment and implement daily housekeepingduties, abide to all operational procedures

Store Operations

• Operate the POS cash register and handle various mode of payment
• Perform other duties as assigned by team leaders & superiors
• Provide customer feedback on products
• Any other duties as per assigned

Leadership

• Making decisions on issues such as recruitment, discipline, termination of employment, performance assessment and reward.
