With the nearest bus stop 25 minutes walk away, our working hours from 9:30am to 5pm (except wildlife rescue officer position) allow our team some travel time. Objectives of this role

• Increase donor profile and retention.
• Develop strong donor stewardship with individuals, corporates, and foundations.
• Ensure all fundraising initiatives meet the departments’ financial targets.
• Ensure compliance with grant reporting requirements and fundraising code of governance.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and manage corporations, foundations, and individuals for philanthropic programmes.
• Track, update, and manage grant goals and expenditures to prepare and present impact reports.
• Liaise with corporations to execute corporate engagement sessions and ensure deliverables are met.
• Plan, write, design, and PowerPoint presentations for supporter events, and social media content to keep donors up-to-date.
• Strategise and manage all programmes pertaining to donor stewardship and analyses.
• Collate data of all fundraising activities for internal reporting purposes and keep the donor database up-to-date.
• Attend all required meetings, fulfil fundraising targets for the financial year, and maintain collaborative efforts within the Advocacy team.

-Ensure timely filing of taxes, regulatory submissions, and financial statements
-Act as a key point of contact for client communications, providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or inquiries
-Mentor and develop team members, ensuring high performance and growth
-Ensure compliance with all accounting standards and company policies
-Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other external parties

Requirement:
-Degree in Accountancy, ACCA, or equivalent and/ or 'CPA Singapore' preferred.
-Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in either an Accounting or Audit Firm.
-Good knowledge of FRS & experience in accounting, audit, and tax.
-Resourceful, analytical, independent, and meticulous.
