Responsibilities
· Attend to check in and guests' enquiries
· Perform cashiering and check-outs accurately and efficiently
· Responsible for handling room reservations
· Handle all incoming telephone calls and emails related to room reservations and front office
· Provide excellent customer service to guests
· Attend to challenging situations and perform service recovery if necessary
Requirements
· Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
· Candidates with Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism or equivalent will be preferred
· Enjoy meeting and interacting with people
· Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
· Ability to work on 3-rotating shifts
· Experienced in Property Management System and computer skills would be an advantage
