Job Description: Logistics Executive

Work Location:Singapore

Reporting Structure:Direct report to Group SCM Head; functionally reports to Logistics Manager who are based in Durapower-Suzhou.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Review logistics and product information, develop logistics plans, and select transport modes.
• Prepare customs documents and coordinate with customs for smooth clearance.

Infocomm Club CCA Duties

· To support Infocomm Club CCA by providing training to the students on the use of AV equipment and media editing.

Audio-Visual (AV) Duties

· To carry out the work assigned by ICT Manager or HOD/SH ICT, act as the AVA Executive for school and provide AV technical support for teaching and learning purposes as well as school events, including but not limited to setup of projection, sound system and control room operation.

· To perform servicing for AV equipment and maintain usage and service records of such equipment and assist in the maintenance of all AV equipment.

Event Support Duties

· To be the photographer and videographer to record footage and photos for school events.
