Accounts Receivable & MIS Management
Perform day-to-day operations related to Accounts Receivable and MIS
Conduct a monthly review of AR accounts with other teams
Support team in handling operational matters, including review and update dispute cases
Ensure accurate and timely updates of receipts into system for Ops to review AR outstanding
Liaise with customer and bank where necessary
Identify improvement in work processes to keep up with changing business needs
Responsible for Monthly/ Year-end Financial closing reporting and ensure all reporting/schedules are accurately and promptly prepared
Liaise with internal/external Auditors for audit queries
Ensure Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge Articles are up-to-date and properly documented
Any other tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Work Experience
Candidate must possess a locally recognized Diploma or Degree in Economics / Mathematics / Statistics / Banking / Business / Accountancy or other quantitative fields
