Job Description

• Processing payment and prepare cheque

The Assistant’s job is a dynamic role with a multitude of responsibilities, including:

• Ensure timely, accurate processing and reporting of the Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable situation to the Accountant.
• Weekly Bank Reconciliation
• Support the Accountant in her preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
• Responsible for accounting processes and tasks (i.e.: AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.)
• Support and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement (GST), unaudited financial statements and XBRL
• Will be tasked to be solely responsible for a full set when ready
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

Managing and monitoring creditors' accounts and attending to all creditors related queries

Handling full or half sets of accounts (eg; AP/AR)

Keying daily and monthly sales report

Maintain proper filing and documentation of records
