Responsibilities:

• Manage a partial set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL), while handling day-to-day accounting operations such as invoicing, payment preparation, monitoring accounts receivable collections, intercompany transactions, and bank reconciliations.
• Process employee claims in compliance with the company’s policies and approval matrix.

Key roles and responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day functioning of the office and maintain the smooth running of the administrative processes.

We are seeking for an Accounts and Admin Clerk, able to work on weekend(s), public holiday (s) to join our operational team. The Accounts and Admin Clerk will be responsible for performing accounts payable and receivable operations, including data entry, reconciliation and managing financial reports and support front office when necessary.

• Data entry into accounting system and handling filing tasks.
• Verify all receipts and purchase invoices.

Qualifications
