Key responsibilities:
· Coordinate event logistics and operations, including setting up booths at tradeshows and roadshows, and actively engaging with visitors.
· Drive user engagement by facilitating connections, supporting marketing campaigns, gathering feedback, and managing incentive programs to boost platform participation.
· Manage incentive campaigns by liaising with users and ensuring smooth incentive redemption processes.
· Conduct outreach to potential service providers, communicating and guiding them through the application and onboarding process.
· Support platform operations, including creating member profiles, onboarding new members, updating profiles, and managing platform development activities.
· Maintain and monitor tracking reports, ensuring accurate routing of connection requests and consultation bookings to appropriate service providers.
· Contribute to platform improvement projects and support ongoing development initiatives.
We want to hear from you if you have/are:
· Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field.
· 1-2 years of experience in events management, community building, business development, customer service or marketing role. Experience working in a Startup is a plus. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
· Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
· Good in both written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in using Microsoft 365 applications.
· A passion for community building and engagement.
