• Submission of Monthly CPF Contribution
• Tax Clearance IR21 for foreign employees
• Provide support to the HR Manager for all HR matters
• Sound knowledge in permit application and using of WPOL, EPOL, and MyMOM Portal
• Assist in any other daily administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the office operations
• Any adhoc duties assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Willing to learn
• Must be able to commit deadlines given
• Familiarity with related labour laws (e.g. Employment Act, CPF act etc...)
• Good knowledge of prevailing employment regulations
• Independent team player with the ability to multi-taskA hands-on person who is proactive, driven, and resourceful

· Develop and implement effective marketing plans for generating event & catering revenue

· Meet sales targets for event spaces and mini buffet catering

· Work closely with clients to determine and fulfill their event requirements and needs

· Handle on-site event execution by supervising and managing all suppliers and contractors on location

· Detailed and possess excellent communication and organisational skills

· At least 3 years of event & catering experience

· Salary Range $3,500 - $4,000
