Position Overview:

KampungKakis is seeking a purpose-driven and entrepreneurial Executive Director to lead the organisation in achieving its objective of alleviating social isolation among seniors in Singapore. • Product/Platform management: Provide strategic input and quality assessment of tech developments, working closely with the product/tech team to develop new features and dashboards that supports KampungKaki’s goals.

1. Fundraising and Financial Management: Develop fundraising strategies, cultivate relationships with donors, seek grant opportunities, and manage the organisation's budget and exepenses to ensure financial stability and sustainability.

Responsibilities

Mentor and guide team members to focus on their roles within the incident response and resolution process. Your role includes:

• Managing the recovery process and establishing a clear hierarchy of command and accountability.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline.
• Minimum 8 years’ investment banking or equivalent experience.
• Experience working within M&A / IBD preferred, ideally covering the SEA market.
• History of outstanding academic and professional achievement.
• Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions.
• Mandarin and/or local languages (Bahasa, Thai, etc.) beneficial, to cover relevant language speaking clients and conduct due diligence and business activities in the local languages.
