Job Scope:

• Manage and coordinate sea export shipments.
• Create and manage export documents and customs declarations.
• Prepare payment vouchers, verify vendor costs, close shipment files, and file documents.
• Respond to customer inquiries and handle complaints.
• Handle transactions, billing, and charge collection.
• Follow up on cargo issues with warehouses and overseas offices.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in logistics/supply chain related studies
• Candidate with relevant 1- 2 years working experience
• Preferably candidate from Marine / Freight / Logistics industry
• Knowledge & experience in handling shipping documentation (Permit Declaration/ Shipping Incoterm)
