• Monitor media coverage and conduct research to analyse public opinion and assess the effectiveness of PR campaigns
• Work closely with marketing, communications, and other departments to align PR strategies with overall business objectives
• Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, community partners, and influencers, to build positive relationships and enhance the organization’s reputation
• Prepare regular reports on PR activities, media coverage, and campaign effectiveness to evaluate the success of public relations efforts
• Advocate for and promote the organization’s brand identity through various channels to build awareness and positive perceptions in the market

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and effectively convey messages
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in public relations, including content creation and audience engagement
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute positively to group efforts while also being self-motivated
