Responsibilities:

• Preparing management accounts for small entities within the organization, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Preparation of incentive computation.
• Monitor and maintain accurate financial records related to inventory.
• Coordinate with Purchasing Department to ensure accurate recording of supplier transactions and invoices.
• Prepare and analyse regular inventory-related financial reports, highlighting trends, discrepancies, and variances.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and accounting standards related to inventory.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices for financial inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations
• Assist in audits related to inventory activities

Requirements:

• Min Dip / Deg in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Preferably from FMCG or Accounting / Audit industry.
• Familiar with accounting software like QuickBooks will be advantageous.
• Prior audit experience will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

Diploma or related qualifications in Accounting

Minimum 1 years of relevant experience

Good knowledge of Singapore Accounting Standards and Tax Regulations

Self-starter, responsible and able to work independently

Bilingual with English & Chinese

Job Description:

• Assists in checking if invoices are in order (i.e. amount ties to purchase order, goods are MIGO in accounting software, etc) before they are processed into accounting software
• Assists in monthly processing of intercompany invoices and other vendors invoices into accounting software
• Assists in retrieving documents (physical or softcopy) when needed (i.e. audits, monthly reporting, etc)
• Assists in tasks relating to receivables
• Assists in communication and liaising with external parties when needed
• Assists in preparing reports
• Assists in system/process upgrade testing
• Any other ad-hoc tasks

Responsibilities:-

· Handle full spectrum of AP function, including recording suppliers’ invoices and payments. This incluResponsibilities :-des timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, expense reports, and other payment requests

· Process ad hoc credit card refunds and monthly corporate refunds

· Maintain fixed assets register, including Asset tracking and verification

· Handle Withholding Tax Deduction for non-residents

· Prepare Quarterly GST Report

· Involve in system upgrade and enhancement

Requirements:-
