• Prioritise payment based on allocated fund and liaise with suppliers
• Ensure all documents are properly filed and scanned in document management system
• Assist on Fixed Assets Register along with regular asset count
• Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors
• Handle monthly/year-end stock count, if any

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Xero accounting system and Microsoft Excel
• Diploma or LCCI (London Chamber of Commerce and Industry) qualifications
• Prior 1 year local experience in account payables is a must
• Can start work within short notice and/or immediately
