What you will do

We are looking for an Accounts Executive to be responsible for the full

spectrum of accounting activities including AR, AP, GL and supporting the

month end closing activities for our various entities.

How you will do it

• AR & AP processing
• Initiate payments and record bank receipts and conduct bank
• reconciliation
• Responsible for staff claims processing
• Support admin and payroll processing
• Support preparation of accounting schedules for month end
• reconciliation
• Prepare quarterly GST return
• Contribute to statutory audit and tax filings of the HK entities company
• Apply care, discipline and best practice across all systems, policies
• and procedures
• Perform any other job duties as assigned

What we look for

• Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents only
• Accounting degree or other qualification e.g. ACCA, diploma etc.
• At least 3 years of relevant exposure with strong hands-on experience in AR, AP and GL function.
• Having experience with HK entity accounting, well understand HK
• legal requirement, is preferred.
• Excellent attention to details and discipline.
• Well problem-solving skills, able to handle unexpected situations.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate with our international offices.
• Experience in using Xero would be a big plus
• Ideally available at short notice
• Ideal role to grow into a full Accountant position with responsibility for full set of accounts

Position: Accounts Executive

We are a consulting firm providing full suite corporate outsourcing service to our client.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Book keeping, Invoice Issue, Payment Preparation, Monthly Reconciliation for client companies

. Assist Accountant to manage full sets of accounts of a given portfolio of client companies

· Prepare XBRL/unaudited report /GST returns preparation and filing

· Personal tax/payroll/IR8A

REQUIREMENTS

· Candidates should either have a diploma in accountancy or at least 1 year experience in an outsource firm

· Expertise with QuickBooks, Xero and similar accounting software

· Advanced computer skills in MS Office, accounting software and databases

· Excellent verbal/written communication skills in English and Mandarin

· Independent in managing own workload, ability to work under pressure and to keep things moving
