Marketing and Promotional Activities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Plan and execute marketing events, open houses, and workshops.
• Utilize social media and other digital platforms to promote the tuition centre.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies as needed.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the sales budget.
• Oversee fee collection and ensure timely payment processing.
• Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective sales operations.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Diploma degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Relevant Work Experience considered a plus

Experience:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education sector.
• Experience in managing a sales team is highly desirable.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Working Conditions:

• Full time position will be on Weekdays 1-9pm, Weekends 10am - 730pm. Minimally required to commit to at least one weekday
• Work is typically performed in an office setting within the tuition centre, with occasional travel for promotional events.
• Working location will be at Hougang Area, or Tanjong Katong Area.
• Salary of this posting only comprises of Basic salary, and commissions and bonuses will be awarded for hitting specific targets as well as cases closed.
