· Liaison with the User, consultants & Authorities on project matters.

· Ensure smooth implementation of work progress so project can be completed on time, within budget and meet contractual & safety standards.

· Manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance in terms of QEHS, schedule and cost.

· Monitor construction productivity and provide recommendations for improvement to works.

· Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation.

· Ensure that all project documentation including emails exchanges are maintained properly.

· Report to top management periodically on status/progress of the project.

· Any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

- Degree in Building or Civil Engineering (recognised by Professional Engineers Board, Singapore).

- Minimum 8 Years Experience in similar capacity.

- Able to work independently and lead project team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Project and other Microsoft office software.

• Monthly/quarterly full set of accounts.

• Conduct regular financial analysis and forecasting to support decision-making processes.
• Active involvement in budgeting and forecasting processes; administer and review all budget forecasts and actual, explain and correct variances on a monthly basis.
• Analysis of Performance – To provide timely, accurate, reliable clear and concise historical and forward-looking analysis on business performance.
• Cash Management – To monitor and plan for the fund management for business operation.
• Preparation of monthly management reports, schedules and other analysis reports like variant analysis.
• Owns and drives continuous improvement activities.
• Assist to identify and implement company/departmental cost savings and efficiencies.
• Responsible for annual statutory audit, taxation matters, quarterly GST reporting.
• Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and other policies.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or any other recognized professional qualification of the same equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of similar experience
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
• Well organized, meticulous, analytical and can work independently.
• Immediate starter is highly preferred.
