The Restaurant General Manager of Butcher’s Block is responsible for supervising the overall operations and service standards of the outlet to meet and exceed guest’s dining experience expectations. As Restaurant General Manager, you will act the role as the “face” and ambassador of the restaurant, leading the venue’s personality and soul. • Develop the conceptual framework of construction projects and manage scheduling and coordination across multiple trades and sub-contractors.
• Plan, lead, and monitor project progress, including manpower planning, construction progress tracking, master schedule preparation, and cost control.
• Ensure cost management within approved budgets by controlling materials, manpower, and machinery expenses for ongoing and new projects.
• Address delays or emergencies at construction sites by issuing timely instructions and maintaining effective project standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and authorities, to resolve site issues, ensure compliance, and achieve smooth project completion.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in the Construction industry (Building/Factory/Structure/Finishing).
• Able to work weekends, night shift and PH when needed.

• Position : Sales Executive/ Manager (Freight Forwarding/ Hunter Role) - Up to $7500
• Location : Penjuru Road
• Working hours : 5 days : Monday to Friday; 8.45 – 6.15
• Salary (commensurate with experience) : GROSS Up to $7500 (Basic up to $5000 + $1000 Transportation + 150 Mobile Phone) + Competitive Commission scheme on top of Salary Package (Target 3 times)

Main Responsibilities:

• Hunt and secure fresh business and customers
• Meet targets and/or increase the organization's revenue, volumes, and gross profit
• Execute business development strategies and tactics
• Interact with local and overseas vendors / agent (including Air, Ocean, and others) on securing the best rates in the market for customer proposal purposes.
• Manage and analyze the performance of owned customers, identify the need for action and execute these actions
• Work on tenders/RFQs/Bids if required
• Contribute ideas on process improvements & implementation of related improvements.
• Execute and manage all other jobs as assigned by superiors.

Requirements:

• Ability to secure fresh business and customers independently
• Possess own customer base
• Knowledge in License / Bonded / Alcohol warehousing would be an added advantage
• Min. 5 years in a customer facing role in freight forwarding, shipping line, air cargo, logistics, supply chain or similar industries, in the roles of business development, sales, commercial, operations or customer service.
• Knowledge of customer retention and experience in dealing with customers
• Posses own transport
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
