Our client is in the government sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting an Accounts Assistant to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

1. Act as a primary liaison for financial and accounting inquiries from other departments.
2. Manage Vendor and Staff records in Finance System.
3. Verify and prepare payments, including staff claims.
4. Reconcile vendor accounts through monthly statements and transaction verification.
5. Record daily transactions for accounts receivables and incoming payments.
6. Prepare sales invoices and update bank deposits.

Requirements:

• Min Nitec in Accounting
• No Exp Required
