[What you will be working on]

The Customer Relations (CRR) department performs the Corporate Communications role at the College. It oversees matters related to college event management, marketing communications as well as school/corporate visits as part of networking and outreach endeavours.

As a Head/Senior Officer, you will be expected to:

- Manage the operations of the Experience ITE Centre - a centre set up to promote the ITE brand of education to secondary school students

- Promote and market ITE courses to secondary school students, through outreach efforts and programmes

- Plan, manage and support projects related to events for outreach to students, teachers and parents through career fairs, talks, workshops and learning journeys

- Manage student leaders in relation to the promotion of the College

- Aid in the College’s social media engagement efforts

- Assist with other CRR-related functions including branding and promotion campaigns as well as coordination efforts with regards to the hosting of international visitors.

[What you will be working on]

You will be required to:

• Lead and supervise a team of support staff in day-to-day operations, key systems and customer service touch-points (Counter, Call Centre and Email), and any new touch-points created
• Execute daily work at assigned touchpoint(s) through understanding of customer service policies, work processes and use of systems (e.g. Telephony, Customer Relationship Management, Queue Management, etc.)
• Attend to customer feedback, complaints and compliments
• Coordinate and liaise with various stakeholders (internal/external) for intakes and support department projects and prepare related reports for submission.
• Help manage the social media platforms and QSM system.
• Assist and support any other projects/events/duties as assigned within the department

• You should be a team player with at least three years’ experience in the service industry

Overview

We need a skilled accounts executive to join our team to help handle full sets of accounts for our Singapore and overseas accounting operations. Experience in FMCG, retail, F&B, manufacturing would be very advantageous for this role. For this position, you will need to have the ability to adapt to a fast-moving environment and be proficient with Excel and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts, including invoicing, receipt updates, vendor invoice processing, payment arrangements, journal entries, intercompany charges, bank reconciliation, balance sheet schedules, fixed assets registers, and general ledger maintenance
• Manage month-end closing process and ensure all month-end journals, AP and AR sections are closed promptly
• Perform internet banking and monthly bank reconciliation
• Prepare monthly financial statements for management reporting
• Prepare and review all balance sheet schedules to its control accounts including bank reconciliations
• Prepare accounts payable and periodic reconciliation of vendors' statement of accounts
• Handle and ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, audits, and tax filings (e.g. GST,VAT)
• Assist in year-end audit and the preparation of audit schedules, including liaising with auditors and tax agents as required
• Coordinate and liaise with overseas parties, bankers, external auditors and tax agent
• Provide feedback on workflow process improvements
• Support and perform ad-hoc tasks when required
• Support the implementation of new processes and systems

• Minimum LCCI/CAT qualifications or equivalent with at least 5 years experience
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills

As our Executive/Senior Executive - Finance , you will be managing the full set of accounts as well as compliance requirements.

● You will be in charge of the GL accounting and Balance Sheet Reconciliations

● You will liaise with the auditors, manage and drive the internal and Statutory Audit to closure, including the Tax Audits and other ac-hot audit assignments

● You will interact and resolve all the audit queries as and when they may arise though General ledger (including AP/AR review)

● You will oversee the processing and payment of vendor invoices and employee claims

● You will partner the internal sourcing and procurement team to resolve vendor related issues

● Manage vendor relationship and communicating to vendor on status of payments

● You will be in charge of the month end closure, complete Fixed Assets, Currency Revaluation, Prepayments and Accruals, as well as Revenue/Cost Accrual based on Percentage of Completion within the timeline of the closing

● You will prepare the balance sheet reconciliation schedules for management review

● You will handle the inter-Company Invoicing and Reconciliation, on a monthly basis

● You will be liaise with the tax agent, in charge of Annual Corporate Tax filing, GST filing
