Accounts cum HR Executive

Lorry crane logistic service provider and trading company.

Main Responsibilities:

Account Roles:

• Perform accounts receivable and payable roles in issue invoices, SOA, entry supplier invoices.
• Quarterly GST reporting and filing.
• Complete bank reconciliations and maintain management schedules.
• Keep accounts up to date, liaise with auditor and tax agent.
• Responsible for full sets of accounts.
• Prepare schedules for fixed assets.
• Assist with financial and tax audits.
• Compile accurate tax-related information for the organization.
• Responsible for IRAS company-related matters.

Human Resources:

• Monthly payroll and CPF submission.
• Prepare and submit of IR8A.
• Responsible for MOM-related matters, apply work passes and etc.
• Staff courses, quarterly work performance appraisal.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or related discipline.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience with experience in full-set accounts.
• With ABSS knowledge will be added value.
• Possess initiative and the ability to multitask.

Remuneration Details:

• Salary ranges from $2,500 to $3,800
• Flexible working hours (42hrs per week)
• Annual Leave 14 days and Birthday Off
• Bi-yearly bonus: Mid-year (Jun) & Year-End (Dec)
