Responsibilities:

• Accounting Data Entry, AR, AP, and General Ledger management
• Coordinate imports, cost verification, and quarterly reports
• Manage GST submission and year-end audits
• Communicate with clients, brokers, insurers, auditors, and tax agents
• Office administration, staff reimbursements, and contract oversight
• Liaise with customers, shipping agents, and terminal operators
• Provide regular updates to HQ
• Computer skills and software proficiency

Requirements:

• Diploma/LCCI in Accounting
• 2+ years experience in Finance/Audit/Taxation preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experienced in Freight-chartering and vessel operations
• Effective liaison with ship owners
• Computer literate
• Independent leader with meticulous approach
• Candidate can start immediately or with short notice
