Contact customers to negotiate payment schedules that will ensure maximum recovery and minimum risk exposure to the Bank Review customers' profiles and recommend effective collection actions Resolve customer issues or complaints within stipulated timeframe. Escalate irregular cases promptly to team manager for advice. Provide administration such as preparation of letters and adjustment vouchers. Engage in digitalisation and leverage on data analytics to provide contextualised insights, and to improve performance and processes. Drive continuous improvements and achieve best practices, using Agile Methodology. Work and collaborate with team to achieve team's goals and performance targets. Deliver excellent quality service to customers to achieve total customer satisfaction Requirements Degree or Diploma in any related field. Preferably at least 1 year of experience in banking debt recovery or back-end collection. Knowledge in legal proceedings would be a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Responsibilities Perform client onboarding & periodic reviews of documents to ensure compliant with SG regulations Perform name screening using tools such as NetReveal, Dow Jone Factiva, World-Check, Google and Baidu before onboarding clients Periodic Review processes, EDD, KYC and escalate potential risk cases to Compliance Perform advice to Bankers on account opening documentation , client profiles matters Regularly update and maintain accuracy of client's data in system Seek clarification from Compliance if there is any questions from Private Bankers relating to their clients profiles Requirements Degree/Diploma holder with working experience in client onboarding, account opening team Experience in reviewing KYC related documentation in Private Banking is an advantage Able to commit in 12 months contract Knowledgeable in SG MAS regulations Good communication and interpersonal skills Interested applicants, please email a copy of resume to [email protected] for a discussion.

As our Executive/Senior Executive - Finance , you will be managing the full set of accounts as well as compliance requirements.

● You will be in charge of the GL accounting and Balance Sheet Reconciliations

● You will liaise with the auditors, manage and drive the internal and Statutory Audit to closure, including the Tax Audits and other ac-hot audit assignments

● You will interact and resolve all the audit queries as and when they may arise though General ledger (including AP/AR review)

● You will oversee the processing and payment of vendor invoices and employee claims

● You will partner the internal sourcing and procurement team to resolve vendor related issues

● Manage vendor relationship and communicating to vendor on status of payments

● You will be in charge of the month end closure, complete Fixed Assets, Currency Revaluation, Prepayments and Accruals, as well as Revenue/Cost Accrual based on Percentage of Completion within the timeline of the closing

● You will prepare the balance sheet reconciliation schedules for management review

● You will handle the inter-Company Invoicing and Reconciliation, on a monthly basis

● You will be liaise with the tax agent, in charge of Annual Corporate Tax filing, GST filing

What we expect

● You held minimum Accounting Diploma with at least 3 years experience in accounting processes and have excellent knowledge in MS Excel

● You have excellent communication skills and have the ability to interact with Corporate Accounting teams, business partners and Statutory Audit teams

● You have prior experience in working on SAP will be an added advantage.

● You have experience in the GL function of a multinational enterprise

● You have knowledge of local taxes, Withholding Taxes including GST.
