What you will do:

• Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation are accurate and up to date
• Support onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and maintain communication regarding HR policies
• Help in the work pass applications, cancellations, renewals and appeals for foreign workers

Administrative Responsibilities:

• Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring all necessary resources are available.
• Organize and maintain OCR, finance documents and invoices
• Maintain accounting software records in a timely manner
• Assist in ensuring expense records are correct
• Support other administrative tasks as required by the management team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with HR software and databases is an advantage

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support : Provide administrative assistance to the sales team.
2. Maintain organized records and documentation.
3. Communication: Answering and directing phone calls, responding to emails, and facilitating communication with clients
4. Purchasing and Customer Liaison: Handle purchasing tasks and coordinate with suppliers and customers & Production. Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication.
5. Order Processing and General Duties: Process delivery orders, invoices, and related documents. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum ITE or Diploma qualification.
• Training: On-the-job training provided.
• Language Skills: Proficient in written and spoken English & Chinese

Administrative assistants should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills.
They should also be proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
