Responsibilities
Ā· Handle the Data Entry
Ā· Handle administration duties
Ā· Able to handle documentation updated in ISO audit and safety audit
Ā· Help officer or manager to get things done
Ā· Update GST report and analysis
Ā· Handle site office administration , such as but not limited to maintenance of site office equipment
Ā· And facilities for the continuous and uninterrupted operations while maintaining the office to be a
Ā· Conducive working environment ,etc
Ā· Manage and facilitate Project Staff and workers related matters , such as staff and workersā attendance, accommodation/dormitory related issues, training, leave applications, workersā payroll
Ā· Handle the Projectās documents to/from internal and external parities
Ā· Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Ā· Recordkeeping and File documents
Ā· Customer Service - attend to incoming calls
Ā· Scanning of documents
- Run errands as and when necessary
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Working hours : 9:00am to 6.00pm (Mon & Wed) & 9.00am to 6pm (Fri
