Senior Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager & Operation Manager to ensure smooth daily operations of store
• Manage and lead a team of nail technician and customer service officer
• Responsible for achieveing optimal sales
• Oversees outlet stocks inventory and control
• Provide professional services in manicure, pedicure including nail art, gel acrylic, cuticle removal, shaping, massage, etc.
• Recommend suitable products and treatments to customers.
• Build and establish good rapport with customers.

Requirement:

• At least 1 year in nail & beauty service industry
• well-groomed
• Positive attitude, persuasive, ambitious, agressive, sales-driven
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientated
• Excellent leadership skills to lead and motivate staff
• Able to speak English and Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates
• Able to work in a fast-paces environment

Location: Pioneer Road (Walking Distance from Tuas Crescent MRT)

Basic Salary: Up to $2800

Working Hours: Mon- Fri , 9am -6pm

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Assign account codes to all transactions in the accounting system
2. Calculate customer/supplier account balances and reconcile with totals
3. Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes
4. Enter accurate and timely data into the accounting system
5. Maintain accurate financial records and statements
6. Perform month-end closing activities
7. Process payroll transactions in the organisation's accounting system
8. Record and process all business transactions within the organisation's accounting system using principles of double-entry accounting
9. Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs
10. Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash
11. Retrieve system reports from the accounting system for management use
12. Use relevant IT systems and tools effectively for data analysis.
