This Internship provides an opportunity for fresh graduates/ORD graduates/tertiary students/ to be coached to operate in the real business environment. Trainees will be given wide exposure to the financial services sector, and will benefit from the various skills and capabilities development through on-the-job training and working closely with the team where they will assist in various aspects of work such as sales advisory admin, marketing, customer service, business operations and management support. This will lead them to full time positions in the organisation if they are found suitable.

Job Scope may include:

• Support Manager and team in preparing clients’ portfolios & business presentations
• Assist in client servicing & clients engagement campaigns
• Support client acquisition and marketing activities
• Gain expose in analysis of clients’ financial status and goals
• Plan & coordinate team-building events and company meetings
• Collate sales records & perform statistics analysis
• Prepare marketing collaterals and E-posters
• Gain industry-specific knowledge in financial planning
• Opportunity to undertake sponsored industry certifications with good performance
• Assist in any other activities assigned

Requirements

• Able to commit a min. of 3-5 months
• Currently undertaking a business-related discipline in a local polytechnic e.g. Banking & Finance, Management. Those in other disciplines may apply if they have a keen interest in the financial services sector.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills
• Excellent time management skills with ability to multi-task & prioritise work
• Well organised & meticulous in handling documents
• Proficient in Microsoft, Google Suite
• Meticulous & a positive team player
• Good command of English, verbal & written

Job Responsibilities:

-Drafting out MEMO, newsletters, articles and reports

-Support Department and Company on operational matters at corporate level

-Manage office equipment and stationery procurement

-Arrangement of flights, visas letters and hotel reservations for overseas travellers

-Coordinate company’s logistics matters for various stakeholders

-Facilitate submission of operations-related reports to Singapore and China HQ

-Manage corporate entertainment and office general operation

Job Requirements:

- Possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field

-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent
