Main Responsibilities:

• Cooperate and liaise with other departments for any necessary arrangement/ issues regarding procurement and payment related queries
• Provide administrative support and assistance when necessary
• Receive Purchase Orders (PO), ensure the details such as prices, qualities and dates etc. are in correct orders and match with all invoices
• Verify and submit invoices to procurement on a timely basis
• Maintain and update other procurement procedures
• Perform any other duties to be assigned from time to time by superiors

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team addressing critical issues in mental health using AI technologies. This role involves contributing to a groundbreaking project aimed at developing AI-driven tools for mental health support, with a focus on detecting and treating mental health disorders and distress through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and refinement of algorithms designed to detect social communication patterns and signs of mental distress.
• Participate in the design and testing of AI models, including data collection, preprocessing, and analysis.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to integrate AI tools into social media and messaging apps to offer real-time mental health support.
• Help conduct empirical research, including designing studies, recruiting participants, and managing experimental data.
