3. Food Safety and Hygiene

• Ensure strict adherence to Food Safety and Hygiene Guidelines on food hygiene practices.

4. Personnel Management

• Allocate duties to staff and ensuring understanding of responsibilities.
• Conduct staff development activities and performance evaluations.

5. Programs and Services

• Evaluate and enhance the quality and relevance of home programs and services.
• Facilitate outside employment opportunities for residents and organize diversionary activities.

6. Financial Governance

• Ensure compliance with Service Standards Requirements Guidelines, including financial governance.
• Prepare budgets and monitor cash flow according to established policies.

7. Board of Visitors:

• Implement recommendations from the Board of Visitors to the extent possible.

Requirement

• Minimum degree, preferably in social work or psychology, or relevant working experience in the social service sector with administration skills.
• Min 3 to 4 years of experience in operation manager / Centre supervisor

Job Responsibilties:

•  Assist the school’s manager and school leaders in carrying out the school’s financial functions, processes and procedures
•  Keep track of income and expenditure items by maintaining good and proper accounting records
•  Keep good and proper records of payment vouchers
•  Collect payments from pupils and vendors as and when required
•  Make and process payments to pupils/vendors and other stakeholders as and when required in an accurate and prompt while adhering to all school operating procedures and guidelines
•  Attend to telephone calls and walk-in customers and provide assistance to them in a professional and courteous manner
•  Assist the school in any other ad-hoc administrative matters as and when directed by the school’s leadership
•  The working hours are not negotiable

Job Requirement

•  At least a LCCI Certificate in Accounting/Book-keeping
•  At least 3 years working experience performing financial administrative functions
•  Candidates who are experienced and knowledgeable in school financial operations and administration will have an added advantage
