Admin Assistant
Duties
• Creating, maintaining and entering information into database
• Performing general office admin duties and errands
• Assisting organize and maintain office common area
• Good knowledge of MS Office (e.g Microsoft excel)
• Answer and direct phone calls
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
• Positive attitude, team player and good interpersonal skills.
• Proactive when issues arise
• Wiling to learn, hardworking and able to multi-task.
