Responsibilities

Sales

• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
• Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and take corrective action as needed.
• Sales Forecasting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts to support business planning and resource allocation.
• New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base and revenue streams.
• Internal Coordination: Ensure agreement with customers are executed by the team.

Marketing

• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and understand customer needs.
• Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement.
• Brand Management: Protect and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and marketing initiatives.
• Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing channels (e.g., websites, social media, SEO) to reach target audiences and drive online sales.
• Event Management: Organize and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company and its products.
• Other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Reporting to the General Manager and Head of Corporate Services, the Finance & Admin Manager’s main responsibilities include

• Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly closing processes including analyzing financial reports including liaising with auditors, tax agent and bankers for all financial & accounting matters.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to internal and external stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
• Work closely with senior management to develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability objectives.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team.
• Liaise and coordinate with the outsourced accounting firm on finance matters.
• Preparation of documents, including Quotations, POs, DOs and Invoices including monitoring of Account Receivable
• Preparation of payments, including managing Account Payable to ensure timely accurate payment
• Responsible for Banking relationships
• Oversees Fixed Assets Registers
• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and procedures for efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist in any other finance and admin-related matters as required

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. CPA, CFA, or other relevant certification preferred.
• At least min 6 years of experience in the full spectrum of financial and accounting.
• Previous experience in big 4 audit firm is preferred.
• Having previous experience in project accounting is desirable.
• Prior working experience in government agencies will be highly valued.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and Word is a must.
• Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations.
• Updating and implementing all necessary business policies and accounting practices to improve the Finance department’s overall SOPs.
• Facilitating and providing secretarial support for the Board’s discussions.

Job Description:

• Manage all daily front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations, ensuring smooth restaurant functioning as per company SOPs.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with external stakeholders, including clients’ programme OIC, government officials, visiting organisations, tour agencies and other stakeholders pertaining to administrative arrangements

• Liaise with speakers / potential speakers to explore sharing sessions
• Handle all administrative and operational matters pertaining to clients’ programme needs. This will include booking of training venues, refreshing catering, lunch arrangements, liaison with tour guide and tour agencies, planning on R&R activities and other matters
• Follow, lead and guide client delegations during programme runs
• Do translation and interpretation (between English and Chinese) for daily tasks and during delegation visits
• Do write up and simple design for social media channels (i.e. Wechat, Facebook) and be able to film short video clips and do minor edits
• Independent individuals, who can handle daily operations without minimal supervision, will be considered for Senior roles

Requirements:

• Preferably 2-4 years of working experience and preferably in professional corporate training / government or related sectors
