Job Scope

• Accounts Receivable (Generating Invoices)
• Accounts Payable (Handle Receipts and Payments)

• Prepare Debtors and Creditors Ageing and Reconciliation
• Assist in answering queries raised by Management and Clients
• Be involved in system implementation (finance module)
• Other Administrative Duties, such as filling documents

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Min. 1 - 2 years of AR/AP experience
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office / Accounting Software

• May also serve as the proposal manager of medium-sized projects
