We are looking for full-time candidates to assist in the Finance & Administrative Department. Candidates with related qualification & working experience is most essential.

ACCOUNTANT / ACCOUNTS & ADMIN OFFICER

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Consolidation of Group Accounts and review of subsidiary accounts
• Handle full set of company’s books of accounts and monthly financial reports
• Cash-flow management of company’s account & clients’ account (IBPA)
• Prepare periodic budget & forecast analysis & monthly management reports
• Trade debtors and creditors control and general ledger reconciliation
• Revaluation of trade debtors and creditors and monitor of monthly Ageing reports
• Prepare MAS statutory returns & regulatory compliance and liaison with MAS officials
• Conversant with IFRS standards & Insurance Intermediaries Act
• Handle corporate taxation matters & attend IRAS query & liaison with tax agents
• Reconciliation of monthly group office accounts & intercompany balances
• Prepare GST returns and ensure timely submission to IRAS
• Review of staff expense claims, operating expenses & online payment instructions
• Liaise with auditors, bank officers, corporate secretary and other government officials
• Assist in Corporate Secretarial duties, HRM & general office administration
• Monitor contracts administration and renewals including TOBA, KYC/CDD
• Review & administration of office general insurance needs, including claims/renewal
• Assist in IT related work, co-ordination & follow up with external vendor(s)

Requirements:

• ACCA / Degree in Accountancy or Finance from respectable Universities
• Must be conversant in Companies Act, Insurance Act, PDPA, local taxation
• Mature, responsible & able to work independently and can work under pressure
• Positive attitude, strong self-motivation, pro-active and with initiative to learn
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal & people skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Pivot Table/Power-point/Words

• Provide admin support to operation and HR.
• Assist in AR/AP and keep track Project P&L.
• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages and email correspondence by providing first level of customer and business supports.
• Co-ordinate and oversee daily office operations within the organization.
• Prepare Excel/Word reports and documents.
• Generating receipts, invoices and etc.
• Administrative duties such as data entry, scanning, emailing, filing, maintaining and tracking data and documents.
• Maintain office environment.
