Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Supply Chain
• Position Title: Warehouse Assistant
• Working Location: Tuas (Company transportation provided)
• Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 8 AM - 5 PM)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowance + OT + AWS + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the movement of goods within the warehouse.
• Responsible for picking and sorting goods accurately as per requests.
• Executing bin-to-bin transfers.
• Assist with inventory system, regular stock check, keeping accurate records of goods received and dispatched.
• Clearing and stacking empty pallets in designated areas.
• Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
• Perform daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum GCE N-Level or equivalent.
• At least one year of Warehousing experience.
• Possess a valid forklift license.
• Able to carry load (up to 25kg) and work OT when required.
• Experience in using SAP software is highly preferred.

Job Scope:

• Conduct onsite inspections and troubleshoot technical issues at clients' premises.
• Perform hands-on preventive maintenance, repairs, and installations of equipment.
• Diagnose errors and technical problems to determine and implement effective solutions.
• Carry out testing and commissioning of systems and equipment.
• Coordination work on and off site
• Collaborate with engineers on project management, equipment installation, and maintenance services.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and other duties as assigned by the company

Job Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical or related engineering studies
• Entry level is welcomed, full training will be provided.
