Corporate Relationship Development

• Establish corporate contacts through a systematic outreach process, follow up on new business projects generation opportunities, maintain working relationships and set up meetings
• Pitch initiatives to corporates, specifically in positioning and securing business projects for our respective MSc programmes

Job Description

· Monitor & update outstanding payments, collections and prepare bank reconciliations.

· Assist in Accounting Works – AP, AR & GL.

· Invoicing client

· Prepare Payment Voucher and Reconciliation to Account Software (ABSS)

· Prepares management report and accounting schedules

· Assist Executive/ manager to prepare monthly and year end management reports.

· Perform reconciliation of accounts

· Reconcile invoices and delivery order and identify discrepancies

· Administrative duties for the department

· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time

· Proficient in computer and MS Office application.

· Pro-active attitude, responsive, able to multitask well.

Job Description

· Prepare payment voucher – supplier, sub-contractor, petty cash etc..

· Prepare payment (First tier)

· Data Entry (AP) to Accounting System (ABSS)

· Filing and label all documents

Salary: hourly $10 - $14

We are looking for engineers to provide preventive and corrective maintenance on critical IT network and infrastructure systems to ensure high availability and serviceability of our customer’s network and communication systems.

Maintenance of critical network and infrastructure systems including:

a) Perform on-site corrective maintenance within agreed timescale to restore normal service to users as quick as possible

b) Perform routine preventive maintenance to minimise unscheduled system downtime

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC/ Diploma in Electronics/Information Technology/Telecommunication or related discipline

• Job requires standby 24/7 after office hours when needed, including weekends and public holidays

• Possess Class 3/3A Driving License is compulsory

• Those who have no experience are welcome to apply

• 8.00am-5.30pm/Monday-Friday with standby
